Audio of Daniel Cain, affirming accuracy of the Governor's statements in the federal complaint. State Sen. John Millner (R-Carol Stream) submitted questions asking FBI Agent Cain if there was any doubt in his mind that the statements attributed to Gov. Rod Blagojevich were indeed made by Blagojevich.

Millner also asked Cain to read the conclusion statement contained in the federal complaint stating that there is probable cause to believe that Rod Blagojevich and John Harris, and others have
conspired with each other and with others to commit offenses against the United States.
